Oreo Truffles

1 lb. Oreo Cookies
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 lb. Milk Chocolate
1/2 lb. White Chocolate

Grind cookies into a fine powder. (You can use a food processor.)

With a mixer, blend the cookie powder and cream cheese.

Roll the mixture into small balls, and place them on a wax-lined cookie sheet.

Refrigerate for 45 minutes.

In a double-boiler, melt the milk chocolate.

Dip the Oreo balls into the chocolate, and place on the waxed paper. Allow time for hardening.

Then melt the white chocolate in a plastic bag.

Drizzle the white chocolate over the truffles.

Cover & refrigerate.
