Did I over-eat today? How can I eat less?

Breakfast – Low-fat yogurt with Granola, 1/3 of 1/2 of a bagel, 12 oz Naked Juice

Snack – Strawberries, some dark chocolate covered pomegranate candies.

Lunch – 1 whole apple

Dinner – 3-5 Yellow/orange peppers dipped in hummus, 4 Falafels with salsa or hummus

Dessert – Fat free yogurt with granola

Ignore the acai berry comment, they’ve been popping up all over the internet, it’s an advertisement.
No you’re not eating too much, what might help suppress your appetite is a plant called hoodia, if you can find hoodia prime I hear it’s the best supplement. Look up the recommended does though, I think it’s around 1000mg of the stuff to do a good job. It works for me, essentially what it does is makes your body feel full quicker. It’s not a drug, it’s just a plant so it doesn’t make you shaky and weird.
